We begin the process of building your dream home with an honest conversation, followed by thoughtful planning and precise execution every step of the way. Each of our team members is a consummate craftsman and passionate about doing it right.
Conversation
Whether you are a first-time homeowner or experienced, building a new home is a daunting endeavor — it is a profoundly personal and emotional undertaking. Demystifying the building process requires finesse, empathy, and time, and we start with this conversation.
Budgeting
You will get a thorough and accurate build budget and transparent cost reporting when working with us. There will not be any hidden cost ever.
Schedule
Setting a project schedule and meeting the project milestones are important to us. While we cannot control unforeseeable setbacks, we try our very best to meet the agenda we have set forth. We review the project’s path schedule with you and the project team at every milestone to ensure that critical dates are met, and updated as necessary. We are very proud that we have been consistently able to deliver on this promise.
Planning
Successful planning requires creativity and flexibility. We maintain a close, supportive, and mutually respectful relationship with everyone involved in the project including the client, architect, designer, and all subcontractors.
Communication
We remain responsive and attentive to your needs throughout the process wherever you are located. We firmly believe that good communication is essential to a successful builder/client relationship. We feel that project meetings are the most effective way to ensure clear communication and project coordination within the entire team. Frequent meetings at various levels help to facilitate communication and the quick resolution of outstanding issues. As every client we worked with can attest, this is one of our strengths.
Building
We have built decades-long relationships with a loyal, dependable, and highly skilled subcontractor base. It is our deep conviction that building a house is about people. It results from the individual efforts of the people involved.
Our subcontractors share our commitment to excellence of design and quality build - they work in unison with us in every step of the process. We trust our subcontractors, and they independently add value to our projects.
Warranty
We stand behind our work. In addition to an industry-standard warranty, we will work with you to solve any issues beyond it within reason. We provide a punch list sheet to record any problems at the end of the project. We gladly make things right for you.
