Earth-conscious, not doing it without

Nestled 7 ft deep into the red earth, this 3,600 sq. ft. house leaves minimal visual exterior foot print to Kayenta landscape, yet captures the full-extent of surrounding views from its 12 ft glass panels.

A study in minimal impact luxury home, both visually and functionally, the house harnesses minimal temperature fluctuation; the earth maintains a near-constant temperature below and the solar energy capture above.

As you approach the house, visitors are awe-struck with views of Red mountain though tall glass panels on the front and back of the house which provides complete see-through effect.

No details or comfort of luxury living over-looked; the house features 3 master suites; sound and light automation; 800 sq ft of covered patio; 1,500 sq ft of work studio and garage; as well as an exercise room with an en-suite full bath.
